Here are the steps to reset the Kiosk App to re-enter a new or existing license key:
(Note: These steps may differ depending on your tablet.)
- From the top of your tablet, do a swipe down gesture to see the tablet's menu. You may have to do this gesture twice in order to see the tablet’s menu.
- Select “Settings” or look for a gear icon to go to the tablet’s settings.
- Under the menu title "Device," select "Apps."
- Scroll through the apps until you reach the "Kiosk" or "SMS Kiosk" app and select it.
- Then select the "Storage" setting.
- Press "Clear Data" and select "OK."
- Press "Clear Cache."
- Press the Home button at the bottom of the tablet.
- Re-enter the new or existing license key.
