New loyalty program coupon delay feature
This week we've added the feature to delay when your loyalty program coupons are delivered. To do this, go to the checkpoints section of your loyalty program. Inside each checkpoint and also the reach goal, you will be able to select when to send your desired coupon. For example, you can select to send a coupon 15 minutes after the user reaches a checkpoint or their goal. Please note that by default, coupons are set to go out immediately unless you modify their delivery time.
