Mobile number receiving duplicate messages
Has an advertiser notified you of a customer getting duplicate messages? We've seen this happen before with Android devices. It has to do with the messaging app cache making it seem like the message is duplicated, yet it doesn't use additional Lime Cellular credits. Please have the customer clear their messages cache and they should not see duplicates after this.
