Active coupon not sending
Do you have an active coupon that isn't currently sending? Most likely it could be that the coupon has a limited amount of copies it can send. To avoid this, go to your coupon settings and make sure the number of copies is set to "Unlimited." You can also modify the limit of coupon copies the system can send as needed.
