Sending a Loyalty Program Status to an Opt-in List
This week we've added the option to send the loyalty program status to an opt-in list. We've added a new merge tag %STATUS:ID% that will show a number's status. The ID part needs to be replaced with the loyalty program ID that you can find the loyalty program details.
For example, if your loyalty program ID is 5555, you would need to add it to the merge tag so it becomes %STATUS:5555%. Finish composing your message and select the opt-in list associated with the loyalty program. When the message is delivered, those numbers will then receive their status. You can use this option to remind customers to stop by a store during a sale or promotion and increase their reward points.
