Missing or broken dashboard elements?

Does your dashboard look different? Is it missing images, for example? It could be that you're using an ad blocker or browser extension interfering with the platform. It could also be related to the site version that you're using. Be sure to use HTTPS when navigating your white label.

For example, if your white label URL is login.smscompany.com, then type https://login.smscompany.com in your browser. The URL will show as secure with a "lock" icon. This will show all the elements of the dashboard as they should.
