If the advertiser account is not activated, then they have access to a limited supply of credits (the default is 10). After that, the advertiser account must be activated for more messages to be sent out.
Ensure that your monthly credits for the advertiser account you are using are not set at 0 or below the number of credits you are trying to use. You can adjust this value from your Administrator Dashboard ->Manage -> Advertisers -> Search for the specific advertiser -> Click the graph icon to the right by hovering over the account. You will now be able to check your prepaid balance and overages to see if you've reached your monthly credit.
The receiving mobile device does not allow for short code communication.

When someone texts 'Help' to 71441 they receive a Lime Cellular help message and number. What can I do to change that?
You cannot change this. The owner of the short code must appear on text when you text 'Help'. This is the carrier's requirement, when you have your own shortcode, then your company name can appear there. With Lime, there is no worry here because we are a technology company, not an SMS Reseller.
I am able to redeem a coupon it seems an unlimited number of times when I redeem via a SMS Redemption. I thought it could only send once?
When someone redeems a coupon by opting-in, they may only receive the coupon and redeem it once. When someone redeems a coupon by being sent it via the "Send Coupon" link, then the customer may redeem it as many times as the advertiser has sent out the coupon.
