To configure the integration of your SalesForce account and a mobile form, open the mobile form edit window and click on the “Integration Wizard” link:
Then click on “Configure”:
Then you will need your security token. To get the token, please go to your SalesForce account, [your name]->Setup:
My Personal Information -> Reset Security Token:
After you got the token, back to the SalesForce setting window and put your username, password and token to the fields there.
How to enter your security token:
If your password = “mypassword”
And your security token = “XXXXXXXXXX”
You must enter “mypasswordXXXXXXXXXX” in place of your password
Then save your settings and click on the “Create New” button:
Create field mappings for all the SalesForce required fields. For instance, ‘Company’ and ‘Last Name’ are required fields in your SalesForce account, then you must map them on your mobile form. In addition, you can map any other mobile form fields:
To check that your integration rule configured properly, you can open your mobile form and submit it with the test data:
Mobile contact information should appear on your SalesForce account on the “Leads” page:
