To configure the integration of your Zoho CRM account and a mobile form, open the mobile form edit window and click on the “Integration Wizard” link:
Click on “Configure”:
Then click on the link to generate Zoho CRM Auth Token:
Copy your Auth Token:
And paste it to the Auth Token field. Then save your settings and click on the “Create New” button:
Create field mappings for all the Zoho CRM required fields. For instance, if ‘Company’ and ‘Last Name’ are required fields in your Zoho account, then you must map them on your mobile form. In addition, you can map any other mobile form fields, including the ‘Hidden’ fields (e.g. ‘Lead Source’):
To check that your integration rule configured properly, you can open your mobile form and submit it with the test data:
Mobile contact information should appear on your Zoho Crm account on the “Leads” page:
Note: when a contact fills out the mobile form, our system will try to submit the information to the 3rd party service immediately. If you don’t see your mobile contact information on the ZohoCrm list immediately, just wait a little and check it again.
