- First, click on the 'Packages' link under Advertisers on your admin dashboard.
- From there, you're able to see what existing packages you've created. You can click the trash can icon to delete or click 'Update/Details' to edit them accordingly.
- When you click to edit or to 'Add new', you can see the details you have to edit:
- Package Name: The name of the advertiser package
- Subscription: Monthly subscription cost for the advertiser
- Credits included: Identifies how many overdraft credits are included in an advertisers account every month. Note: This value is not displayed as a positive credit value. Instead, this value indicates how many overdraft credits are allowed to be used before they are charged credit overage fees.
- Rollover Credits: Checking this box will enable unused overdraft credits from the previous month's "Credits Included"
- Credit Overage Fee: after the user exhausts their included credits in a given billing period, this is the cost per each credit used that they will pay for before hitting their overdraft limit. For instance, say a user is given 3000 credits with their monthly package and uses 4000 credits in that month, and their package is set to 4 cents per extra credit. Along with their monthly subscription fee, they will pay $40.00 (.$.04*1000) for these extra credits.
- Overdraft Limit: The total amount of overdraft (negative) credits that an advertiser can send per month. This number must be equal or greater to the "Credits Included" field.
- Free Keywords: The number of free vanity keywords the customer can lease without additional costs.
- Free Premium Mobile Website: Amount of free premium websites the advertiser receives
- Premium Mobile Website: Cost of premium websites beyond the "Free Premium Mobile Website" for the advertiser
- Setup Fee (1st bill): One-time set up fee cost for the advertiser. This is charged on the advertiser's first bill.
- Trial Period: Amount of months that the "Subscription" fee is waived.
- Level: (Admin Use) Identifies the package position on the package listing of the administrator dashboard
- Sales Tax: Percentage value for sales tax
- Is Private: make the package private by checking the box. This is so the package may be assigned to a client/clients without the other clients knowing that it exists.
