Fixed Price Reseller, Revenue Share Reseller, & Additional Options

Fixed Price Resellers

Fixed price resellers are clients under a white label account that can create their own packages for their advertisers. These resellers are charged a flat rate depending on the values set for their Monthly Subscription, Advertiser Subscription Cost, Vanity Keyword Price, Premium Mobile Site Cost.

These are some example values that may be charged to a fixed price reseller.

This menu can accessed under Resellers -> Resellers -> Search for reseller -> Click the "$" icon under the "Price" column:

1. Package Name: The name of the reseller package
2. Overdraft Limit: Maximum amount of overdraft credits the reseller may use before the system will prevent messages from being sent out
3. Subscription: Monthly subscription cost for the reseller
4. Advertiser Subscription Cost: The cost charged to the reseller for each activated advertiser they create.
   
5. Free Credit Included: Amount of overdraft credits given to the reseller
6. Rollover Credits: Any unused overdraft credits will rollover to the following month as rollover/prepaid credits that do not expire.
7. Credit Price: Overage charge for every overdraft credit used beyond the Credits Included
8. Free Vanity Keywords Per Advertiser: Amount of free keywords the reseller receives for each advertiser
9. Vanity Keyword Price: Cost of vanity keywords beyond the "Free Keywords" for each advertiser. (This is the cost that the white label charges their reseller)
10. Free Advertisers: Amount of free advertisers the client is allowed to have. (Applies to the first "x" number of advertisers)
11. Premium Mobile Site Cost: Cost of premium websites beyond the "Free Premium Mobile Website" for each advertiser. (This is the cost that you as the white label charge your reseller)
12. Free Premium Mobile Website: Amount of free premium websites the reseller receives for each advertiser
13. Trial Period: Amount of months that the "Subscription" fee is waived.
14. Auto Send Bills: Checking this box will deliver email invoices to the reseller
15. Bypass Lock on Statements: If the Collector is configured to lock users on the statements tab when the user has unpaid bills, checking this box will bypass that lock. 

Revenue Share Reseller

Revenue share resellers essentially resells the white label's packages to their clients. They do not have the ability to create their packages but they are able to earn a commission. Unlike fixed price resellers, revenue share resellers are only billed for a subscription fee. Any profits from the commissions they've earned is calculated by the system and paid out to the reseller on their upcoming billing cycle.

These are some example values that may be charged to a revenue share reseller.

This menu can accessed under Resellers -> Manage -> Search for reseller -> Click the "$" icon under the "Price" column:

1. Overdraft Limit -  The maximum amount of credits from the combined advertiser usage per month
2. Subscription- The monthly subscription cost charged to the reseller
3. Revenue Share Percent: The percentage value that the reseller will receive based off of total revenue earned for that billing cycle
4. Trial Period (months) - Waives the subscription fee for a specified period of months. *Note* Overages incurred by the reseller during the trial period will still be charged to their account
5. Enable Auto Charge - When checked, the reseller's credit card on file will be charged automatically each billing cycle
6. Auto Send Bills - When checked, bills will automatically be emailed to the reseller 
7. Bypass Lock on Statements: If the Collector is configured to lock users on the statements tab when the user has unpaid bills, checking this box will bypass that lock.

Additional Options:

There are additional options that can be enabled for both types of resellers. These options include Sales Agents and (limited) Reseller Branding. This can be enabled on a reseller account by navigating to Resellers -> Manage -> Search for Reseller -> Click the profile icon under the "Profile" tab -> Check "Enable Sales Agents" and/or "Enable Reseller Branding"

1. Enable Sales Agents - When checked, the reseller will have the ability to create Sales Agents under their dashboard.
2. Enable Reseller Branding - When checked, the reseller will have the ability to upload a custom banner for their dashboard by clicking the "Edit" link to the right. This banner will also be displayed on the reseller's advertiser dashboard. In addition, the reseller can also have their own login URL a sub domain (or sub-subdomain).
