Sales Agents can create and manage advertisers and also create and sign up pages to recruit new advertisers. They can change the profile info for each advertiser, access each advertiser’s dashboard via the support mechanism.
Here is a step by step guide on how to create a new Sales Agent:
- First, click on the 'Create a Sales Agent' link under Enterprise Boost on your admin dashboard.
- A new pop-up window with multiple fields will appear.
- First Name - First name of sales agent
- Last Name - Last name of sales agent
- Valid Email - Sales agent's active email address
- Retype Email - Confirm the sales agent's email address
- Company Name - The sales agent's company name. (No longer has to be unique on the platform)
- Local Phone (optional) - Contact number of the sales agent
- Do not send a welcome email - When checked, the welcome message containing the username and password of the sales agent will not be delivered to the sales agent's email address.
- When finished filling out the information, click on the 'Create' button.
