Reports: Credit Usage

The credit usage report will display comprehensive information about the credits used by each advertiser. Selecting an advertiser will display a detailed breakdown of how each credit was used.

• To view the credit usage report, navigate to Reports -> Credit Usage

• The following screen will allow for a report to be generated based off of the date range. 

• Clicking on a number from the "Credits" column will display a detailed usage report for that specific user. Below is an example of a generated usage report.

• Clicking on a link under the "Actions" column will open a page that displays more information about the selected action. The Date/Time, Mobile Number, and Credit cost is listed for every message that was sent out from the system. Below is an example of a "Send a Message" credit usage report:
