Creating Job Applications

You can create web pages with different types of forms. In this example, we will show you how to create a web page with a job application.

1. Click on the Mobile Website feature:
   
   
   
   
   
2. Click on Pages:
   
   
   
   
   
3. Click on Create New:
   
   
   
   
   
4. Give your page an address and name, then select Responsive Page:
   
   
   
   
   
5. Select the Application template and click Create:
   
   
   
   
   
6. Customize your page with your logos and text by clicking the Edit Widget icon:
   
   
   
   
   
7. Click the Edit Widget icon in the last widget at the bottom of the page:
   
   
   
   
   
8. Scroll down and look for "Field type: Radio buttons" section and click the Options button:
   
   
   
   
   
9. Edit the locations, add or remove them if needed. When done click Save:
   
   
   
   
   
10. Go to the Email submission information section and add your email information:
    
    
    
    
    
11. Scroll down and click Save:
    
    
    
    
    
12. Click Save:
    
    
    
    
    
13. Click Publish:
