I activated an advertiser account. Where are their credits?
The credits will begin counting down from zero towards a negative number. Each billing cycle, the credit usage is reset back to zero. The credit usage will only be a positive number if the advertiser has a package with rollover enabled or if you've manually given rollover credits to the advertiser.
I logged into my account and I do not see the marketing features ( mobile coupons, QR codes, etc.) Where are they?
Our system has two dashboards: The Administration dashboard and Advertiser dashboard. To create opt-in lists and run campaigns, you must create an advertiser account. This can be done from your administration under Tools -> Create an Advertiser.
If an advertiser does not use all of their credits, do the remaining credits rollover to the next month or do I get them back to reassign?
The credits will only rollover if you have enabled rollover for that package or specific advertiser.
I created an advertiser account for my customer but they can't find where to enter in their credit card information. What do I do?
You will need the Billing Module added to your white label account before they can enter credit card information on our system. Afterwards, you would need to connect your white label account to your payment gateway (Authorize.net, First Data, PayPal Pro). This can be done from your administrator dashboard under My Account -> Account Setup -> Billing tab. Then, check "Enable Credit Card Processing". The icons on the right will provide a step-by-step walkthrough on how to connect the specific payment processor.
I removed myself from an opt-in list with a coupon attached so I could test the list and get the coupon again. I did not get the coupon, what do I do?
The system prevents any mobile user from opting out of the list just to to re-optin and receive the coupon again. This is to prevent abuse by end-users from purposely doing so in order to retrieve a coupon multiple times. You can either test with a new opt-in list, you can change/refresh the coupon in the current opt-in list after each time you remove the numbers from the list, or you can use lead-lists to test attached coupons, as lead lists do not have this restriction. Additionally, you can reset the redemption process if you manually remove a mobile number from the advertiser dashboard. Simply click the Contacts tab -> Locate specific list -> Participants column -> "View" -> Click the trash icon associated with a specific number.
