Advertisers can use different link features when enabled or disabled by their administrator.

Inserting links without the advanced tracking URL feature
- From your advertiser dashboard, click on "Text Blast."
- Add your link under the "Insert URL" field.
- Click "Insert."
- Your link will then be added to the text blast message field with the link shortener selected by the administrator.
- Once your message is sent with the link, the link will be saved to a list under the Tracking URL feature.
Inserting links with the advanced tracking URL features
- From your advertiser dashboard, click on "Text Blast."
- Add your link under the "Insert URL" field.
- Click "Insert."
- A pop-up will appear with advanced link settings.
Give your URL a name. - Optional: Selecting "Track Users" adds a unique user ID to the URL to track users that are clicking on the link. You can view these users in the Tracking URL feature.
- Optional: Click on the advanced dropdown menu where you can add a tag to all the users who will view your URL. For example, you can later send a text blast only to the users who have viewed the URL by creating a filter with that tag. Click here to learn more.
- Select the opt-in list that will be associated with the tag created.
- Click "Save."
Your link will then be added to the text blast message field with the link shortener selected by the administrator. - Once your message is sent with the link, the link will be saved to a list under the Tracking URL feature.
Additional Options
- From your advertiser dashboard, click on "Tracking URL."
- You will be presented with a list of links that have created.
- You will find the following options -
- Total Views: The total number of URL views by all users more than once. Please note that there's approximately a 30-minute window for each session. A session is reset based on inactivity. If you click on the link multiple times within a session, it will only be counted once.
- Unique Views: The number of distinct mobile users who have viewed the URL
- Graph Button : This shows a graph of the link views in a specific time period. The views are displayed in days or months.
- Copy Button : This allows you to copy the URL to your clipboard. For example, if you need to re-use the link with another text blast. - The More menu with three green dots will show the following options -
- Edit: This allows you to edit the name of your link.
- Delete: This allows you the delete the link. Deleting a link will cause a loss of data and will also disable the link, meaning that users that click on the link will not be re-directed to the desired URL.
- Disable/Enable: This allows you to disable a link, meaning that users that click on the link will not be re-directed to the desired URL. You can enable the link again in order for users to be re-directed to the desired URL.
