Kiosk App Not Displaying On Tablet's Screen

Our kiosk app or launcher replaces the Home screen on your tablet to only display the kiosk. There may be instances when the app doesn't display on the tablet's screen. Normally this happens after the tablet restarts or there's an update. Please follow the steps below to display the app again. Please note that these steps may vary depending on your Android device.

Instructions for Android 6.0 - option 1:

1. Do a pull-down gesture from the top of the screen to bring up the notification bar and additional options.
   
   
   
   
   
2. Press on the Settings option:
   
   
   
   
   
3. Press on the Home option:
   
   
   
   
   
4. Select "SMS Kiosk": 
   
   
   
   
   
5. Press the Home button: 
   
   
   
   
   
6. The kiosk screen will then be displayed:

3. Press on the Magnifying Glass option:
   
   
   
   
   
4. On the search bar, type "Home" and press on the Home option shown below
   
   
   
   
   
5. Select "SMS Kiosk": 
   
   
   
   
   
6. Press the Home button: 
   
   
   
   
   
7. The kiosk screen will then be displayed:
