How do I add points/Punches to a customer's account?
You are able to add points in one of 3 different ways:
1. Punch URL:
- Click on the following link and copy its URL.
2. Texting Punch Keyword (from an Authorized Number):
- First, assign an SMS punch keyword to the loyalty program
- Then configure an authorized number from the main advertiser dashboard
- From the authorized number's mobile device, text the SMS punch keyword followed by the end-user's number (ex: "punch1 7325551234")
3. Kiosk:
Configure a kiosk to be a loyalty type and ensure the Punch Card option is checked.
- The kiosk can be holstered facing the customer for a self check-in style or towards the employee for a more controlled check-in/point addition.
