Loyalty Programs: Adding Points & Punches

How do I add points/Punches to a customer's account?

You are able to add points in one of 3 different ways:

1. Punch URL:

• Click on the following link and copy its URL.

2. Texting Punch Keyword (from an Authorized Number):

• First, assign an SMS punch keyword to the loyalty program

• Then configure an authorized number from the main advertiser dashboard

• From the authorized number's mobile device, text the SMS punch keyword followed by the end-user's number (ex: "punch1 7325551234")

3. Kiosk:

Configure a kiosk to be a loyalty type and ensure the Punch Card option is checked.

• The kiosk can be holstered facing the customer for a self check-in style or towards the employee for a more controlled check-in/point addition.
